Spring 2021 – Renewal & Rebirth

Welcome to Spring! In the northern hemisphere, Spring officially arrived on March 20th, and with it Aries season and the start of the astrological calendar. When the Sun arrives in the fire of Aries, it’s a time of renewal, rebirth, and the promise of new things to come.
Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, and represents the Self, our identity, our approach to life, and new beginnings. We may be feeling more enthusiastic, spontaneous, and motivated to take action with the pure fire of Mars ruled Aries.
Venus, the planet of love and beauty, joins the Sun in Aries bringing feelings of pride in our accomplishments and how far we’ve come.
As you reflect on the past year - what left? what stayed? what’s on the way?
We are still navigating the yearlong, 2021 Saturn Uranus square. A growing edge in specific corners of our life that ask for maturity and responsibility and reinvention and liberation. How do we balance boundaries and structure with freedom and change?
Aries season also picks up on the Mars transit through Gemini and activates the November 2020 lunar eclipse energies. The pace of everyday life may pick up, we may be more restless and motivated by a need for mental and social stimulation. In what area of your life are you motivated to take action? What new information and ideas are you contemplating? What doors are closing and what new ones opening?
The upcoming full moon in Libra on March 28th completes the lunar cycle with a focus on relationships. We may have increased awareness around our partnerships and how we relate to others. Libra energy encourages us to find balance between our own needs and desires with those of the people around us.
